What is the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit

You may have heard about the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit (CCCC tax Credit) but what is it? It is a win - win situation.

It allows any individual or corporation in the state of Colorado to donate cash to a qualified 501(c)(3) non profit organization and receive 50% of the donation back in the form of a State tax credit. In addition, the donation qualifies for all state and federal deductions to the fullest extent of the law.
